RETURNS

Unsure? No worries. We have a return window of 7 days (Singapore online orders) or 14 days (international orders) from date of receipt to request a return.

For all returns, the item must be sent back to us in its original condition:

• In the same clear plastic packaging it arrived in
• Unworn, unwashed, unscented and unaltered
• With all original K Gown labels and tags fully intact

What can I return?

The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns.

• All orders made with a discount, promo code, voucher and/or store credit.
• All customised items

How much will I be refunded?
All return shipping costs, credit card payment processing fee will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to incorrect or defective item(s).

• For regular returns, a administrative processing fee of S$10.00 will be deducted from your refund. Refund can take up to 30 working days.
• For returns of damaged, defective or incorrect orders, all processing and postage fees for the incorrect/defective item will be borne by K Gown.

Measurements, prints & colours

Measurement provide on our site are based on body measurement. We strive to provide all measurements as consistently and accurately as possible. Please note that:

• Due to hand-made process, 1-3cm deviation is common and placement of lace design may vary
• The true color of products may vary due to photography lighting and discrepancies arising from individual computer/ screen resolutions.

Product differences arising from the aforementioned factors are not considered defects and are strictly not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

• Self-collection
• Trackable courier service (3-5 business days): +4.5 SGD. Free shipping for purchase from 79 SGD

International purchase order

• Please send us an email to crystalweddingsg@gmail.com with your address. As items varies is packaging size, we will get back to you with exact quote.
